This project aims to contribute and develop opportunities for adults with little access to employment, or who have left education without basic qualifications, in order to have alternative opportunities through intergenerational dialogue established with mentors, senior citizens over 50 years early retired, who will share their knowledge and expertise. In this way, mentors contribute through education to raise standards of quality, to achieve goals and develop relevant skills, while creating new environments for education and professional development to adult participants, channeling their interests, skills and knowledge. The project will create a web page as a link between mentors and students, facilitating the use of ICT and cooperation with eleven European Union countries.
