This project, submitted to the Biodiversity Foundation, seeks to strengthen sustainable development in the Cauca Valley, through community participation and promotion of the analysis of the structure and conservation status, as well as environmental goods and services, based in Yotoco river. Through this project, we intend to strengthen the processes of partnership and social capital in the conservation of local biodiversity and environmental services, while consolidating a study proposal for focal species in the basin, and environmental goods and services ; and agree on a proposal to allow research and conservation of the natural heritage of this area, in Colombia.
