After analyzing the interventions that are conducted with youth and women in the province of Morona Santiago, Ecuador, and the lack of channels and participation structures in which these groups can express their needs and ideas, AGP group and the ATASIM Foundation, have decided to collaborate and implement a project that seeks to stimulate both the youth population and women ofMorona, Ecuador, in making decisions related to local policies.
Through an annual work program, we´ll create forums that support the participation of groups usually excluded from the democratic life of the region, in order to identify their needs and articulate proposed solutions to them. The project was submitted to the call for proposals of the Government of Navarra, Annual Cooperation Projects 2013.
